Our Company

Able Lifts started in 2005 by Russell Smith and Bill Jackson, their idea was to provide an independent lift company that offered bespoke maintenance contracts to meet client demands, also providing a more personal and efficient service that many larger multi-national organisations lack. Our policy has provided steady growth and a loyal, appreciative customer base because of this.

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce to you our company as a provider of high quality range of lift services. We ensure all our lifts are maintained to the highest standards and strive for a good working relationship with all of our clients.

Able Lifts is an independent expanding lift company based in south-east England, we have grown via controlled expansion. We have highly qualified engineers who have many years of experience in lift servicing, repairs and breakdowns of all types of lifts.

We have access to all lift manufacturers, spare parts and technical support. This is highly recommended due to the rapid change and improvements in lift equipment.|

As an independent company we can utilise and supply the best equipment  available throughout the industry from a varied number of tried and tested sources. This also means that you are not tied to one particular manufacturer in the future with respect to ongoing maintenance.

Able lifts employ highly experienced and qualified staff at all levels – a company culture that is committed to investment in continuous improvement and training, Our technicians are qualified to NVQ level 4 and our engineering staff to NVQ level 3. All our management and office staff are highly qualified and experienced in their positions and have a career history within the lift industry spanning many years.

We pride ourselves on giving value for money and we know that by keeping costs down we can save lift owners a considerable amount of expenditure, even if they have a fully comprehensive contract, we are committed to long term relationship building and account management.
